This project focuses on conserving the Indian Grey Wolf and its grassland habitat across six villages. Through training Wildlife Watchers, establishing a community-based reporting system, and deploying surveillance cameras, the project aims to reduce human-wildlife conflict, protect biodiversity, and empower local communities in sustainable conservation efforts.

This project uses drones, AI, and camera traps to study Indian wolves and their grassland ecosystems. By tracking individual wolves and mapping crucial habitats, we aim to provide new insights into wolf conservation. Additionally, we will train local communities and Forest Department staff in modern conservation techniques, empowering them for future wildlife management efforts.
